Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the dealership sales team.
- Drive vehicle sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate sales staff.
- Assist with deal structuring and closing sales.
- Monitor KPIs, gross profit, and dealership targets.
- Ensure strong CRM and lead management processes.
- Maintain professional showroom standards and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous Automotive Sales Manager experience required.
- Dealership sales leadership experience preferred.
- OMVIC license preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record in automotive sales performance.
- Valid Ontario G Drivers License.
