We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO with calendar management, communications, travel coordination, and personal assistance. This role is critical - ensuring the CEO can focus on strategic priorities while maintaining a smooth, efficient day-to-day operation.
Responsibilities:
- Own the CEO’s changing calendar - book, cancel, and reprioritize meetings efficiently.
- Screen and triage emails, calls, and messages; draft correspondence and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, book accommodations, prepare detailed itineraries.
- Handle personal errands and tasks as required -upholding professionalism and discretion.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
Requirements:
- 5+ years as an Executive or Personal Assistant supporting senior, C-level executives.
- 24+ consecutive months in EA/PA roles within the last 3 years.
- Post-secondary diploma (Business Administration or related field).
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and travel/calendar tools.
- Legally eligible to work full-time in Canada without sponsorship.
